Donations
General information
First of all, we would like to thank everybody that has donated. We really appreciate it.
Why donate?
Hosting a server costs us over 70 euro per month, plus we volunteerly make sure everybody has a great time on the server. The only income we have, are the advertisements on the site and forums. But, as you can imagine, ads only are not enough to pay off the server.
That's why we have set up a small donation system. You can donate some money to the server, and as reward you get a "Thank You" in Donation Coins.
When you donate, we are offering you a specific amount of Donation Coins, which you can spend on the User Panel.
Donating is not required to play. You are not forced to donate. All items (except Stone of Birth) are dropping from monsters in-game!
You donate in the first place for supporting the server, not for the items you get by donating.
Donating
When you have placed a donation, you will receive the Donation Coins on your account as soon as possible.
The Donation Coins will be on your account,
and can be spend in the User Panel.
When you log in, and go to the "Donation Shop" you are able to see the amount of DC you currently have.
Normally we put the coins on the user account with the same email as the donator's PayPal email. If we cannot find the account, we will send you an email asking for it. If you want to have the Donations Coins on another account, please report it by emailing us at swodonations@gmail.com right after the donation to avoid misunderstandings later! Thank you
Spending Donation Coins
* Log out of the game
* Log into the User Panel (through the homepage or Here)
* Click "Donation Store"
* Choose between Silver, and Gold Shop (difference is explained further on)
* Click "Buy" next to the item you want to buy.
* Select the amount.
* Click "Buy item(s)", and confirm your purchase.
* Log in to the game
* Check your storage
Difference between Silver and Gold Shop
Silver Donation Shop: purchased items are bounded to your account, meant for own use and are therefore cheaper than the gold items.
Gold Donation Shop: purchased items are not bounded to your account, meant for trading and selling, and therefore more expensive than the silver items.

or anything related to donations, Contact us as fast as possible, to help you.

FAQ:
Q: Are there any other ways to donate than the ones it shows on the site (credit card, ...)?
A: No, you can only pay by PayPal and Wire Transfer.
Q: I haven't recieved my donation coins yet?
A: Send us a ticket with the Payment code, your real name and your ingame username, and we will look into it.
Q: I bought an item from the donation shop, but it doesn't appear in my storage?
A: Try to relog, or restart the game, if it doesn't solve it, contact us through a ticket. All transactions on the User Panel are logged, so it should be easy for us to find the problem.
Donation methods
* Donations are not refundable.
* Reselling Donation Coins is not allowed.
* It can take up to 48 hours (3-5 days for Wire transfer) before you receive your Donation Coins.
